Mapua Hills is situated conveniently off the Coastal Highway, 15 minutes from Motueka, 15 minutes from Richmond and 30 minutes from Nelson. We are the perfect location to stay while you visit the many places and attractions in Mapua, Nelson and the stunning Abel Tasman area. Our B&B is a Mediterranean style home which sits proudly on a 2.6 acre hillside property. We have stunning views out to D'Urville Island and across to wineries and mountain ranges. We are 4 minutes drive away to Mapua's village and wharf area with its award winning restaurants and unique shops. We offer delightful private accommodation for our guests - you will be instantly relaxed when you arrive and can take in the fabulous views. The guest suite, with its own private entrance, has a spacious bedroom with wooden floors, gorgeous king sized bed, top quality linens, generous walk in wardrobe and an Italian tiled ensuite bathroom. Outside the guest room is the spa pool, perfect for relaxing in after a day of sightseeing. The spacious studio is separate from the house and has its own deck and outside furniture and great views. It is fabulous with wooden floors and high wooden ceiling, queen bed, high quality linens, ensuite bathroom , lounge area with leather couches, flatscreen Tv and DVD player. Our property has many outdoor areas for you to enjoy including a petanque court. A delicious breakfast featuring local produce is served either in the dining room or at the outside dining table for our guest room guests and our studio guests are served a delicious continental breakfast in their studio or on their deck. Lynne and Pete are your hosts and offer friendly advice for sightseeing or other activities if you require. Peacefulness is guaranteed - our guests always wish they had booked for longer!

Twin Waters Lodge

At Twin Waters we offer our guests affordable luxury. We are situated in the north-western corner of the South Island close to Farewell Spit and near to the north end of the Heaphy Track and Kahurangi National Park, amongst some of the most varied scenery and activities New Zealand has to offer. We are open from late October every year through and including the Easter holiday of the following year. Our purpose-built lodge is nestled harmoniously on a finger of land between a wildlife estuary and the shining blue waters of Golden Bay. Guests can drift off to sleep to the sound of the sea and wake to birdsong provided by our resident tui and bellbird population. Tea, coffee or hot chocolate is available in the rooms. Breakfast is in the dining room overlooking the estuary where the view sweeps up to bush clad hills.
