CANCELLATION POLICY: Please notify the committee as early as possible should you need to cancel or amend your registration. Any refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee. In general, cancellations received before1st May 2010 will forfeit 20% of total registration fee. Cancellations received between May 1st & June 1st will forfeit 70% of total registration fee. There will be no refund for cancellations received after June 1st, 2010.
